About the classes? - The first hour is always for Beginners (except for Monday morning & Thursday night).
- The second lesson is free for Novice Beginners.
- The cost is $10 per lesson -$7 for chirldren 16 yrs and under(for part or whole lesson time).
- Please bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothing and low shoes with smooth soles.
